1. Processing Time

Each order is processed with care to ensure quality and accuracy.

  • Standard Processing: Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process before being shipped.
  • Custom or Personalized Orders: Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on the complexity. An estimated timeline will be provided at purchase.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package.

2. Shipping Rates and Options

  • Domestic Shipping (Within India): We offer standard shipping across India at competitive rates. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
  • International Shipping (on Special Request): Currently, we primarily ship within India. However, international delivery may be arranged on special request. If you are outside India and interested in placing an order, please contact us for information on availability and rates.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on destination and selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping within India: Typically, deliveries arrive within 5-10 business days after shipping, depending on location.
  • International Delivery (on Special Request): Estimated delivery times and costs will be provided based on the destination and shipping arrangements made.

Note: Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a tracking number and link via email for real-time tracking. You can also track orders from the “My Orders” section of your Picasoul account.

5. Shipping Issues

If you experience any issues with shipping, please contact our Customer Support team at support@picasoul.com. We’re here to resolve any delivery delays, missing packages, or other concerns.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos. We will review and work with you on a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

For lost packages, please contact us immediately, and we will coordinate with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

7. Additional Information

  • Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Customs and Duties (for International Orders): Any customs duties, fees, or taxes applied to international orders are the customer’s responsibility. Picasoul is not responsible for delays due to customs processes.
