At Picasoul, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as smooth and flexible as possible. Please read the details below to understand how cancellations work on our platform.

Order Cancellations

  1. Before Shipping:

    • Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order.
    • After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be evaluated, and a cancellation fee may apply if the artwork has already entered the production phase.
  2. After Shipping:

    • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, we recommend that you refer to our Return Policy for guidance on how to proceed if you wish to return the product.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Due to the unique nature of custom and personalized artwork, cancellations are not available for these items once the production process has begun. Please double-check the details of your order and reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to make changes within the initial 24-hour period.

How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel an eligible order, please contact our Customer Support team at support@picasoul.com with your order number and cancellation request. We will process your request and confirm the status within 24-48 hours.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

For approved cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that any applicable cancellation fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
