Picasoul – Data Deletion & Account Removal

At Picasoul, we believe creativity and community thrive when users feel safe, respected, and in full control of their personal data. If you choose to delete your Picasoul account or request removal of your personal information, we make the process transparent and straightforward.

This page explains what data we collect, what happens when you request deletion, and how you can permanently remove your information from our systems.

1. What Data Can Be Deleted

When you submit a deletion request, the following information will be permanently erased:

Personal Account Data

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Profile photo

  • Login and authentication details

Artist Data (if applicable)

  • Artist profile information

  • Uploaded artwork files

  • Titles, descriptions, tags, metadata

  • Store settings and customization

  • Pending payouts (after settlement if required by law)

Customer Data

  • Addresses & saved preferences

  • Wishlist and saved items

  • Cart data

Order & Transaction Data

Certain order records may be retained for legal, tax, and security reasons. Personal identifiers will be anonymized.

2. Data We May Need to Retain (Non-Personal / Required)

To comply with local laws, prevent fraud, and maintain financial records, Picasoul may retain:

  • Completed order invoices (with personal identifiers removed)

  • Transaction and payout history (legal requirement)

  • Tax and GST documents

  • Security logs

  • Production logs from third-party printers (non-identifiable)

We only retain the minimum necessary and never for marketing purposes.

3. What Happens When Your Data Is Deleted

Once your request is processed:

  • Your Picasoul account becomes permanently inaccessible

  • All personal information is deleted or anonymized

  • Your artworks, storefront, and products are removed from public view

  • Your designs will no longer appear on customer searches or product listings

  • Any ongoing orders remain fulfilled (per customer protection policies)

  • Artist payouts (if pending) will be completed before deletion

4. How to Request Data / Account Deletion

You can choose any of the following methods:

Option 1: Submit Request from Your Account

  1. Login to Picasoul

  2. Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account

  3. Confirm your identity

  4. Submit deletion request

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to:

Subject: Data Deletion Request
Include:

  • Your registered email

  • Your full name

  • Optional: Artist ID / Customer ID

Option 3: Helpdesk / Support Ticket

Visit: picasoul.com/support
→ Choose Account & Data Privacy
→ Select Delete My Account

5. Processing Time

  • Standard deletion: 3–7 business days

  • Artist account with uploaded artworks: 7–15 business days (due to asset removal & payout reconciliation)

  • You will receive confirmation once the process is completed.

6. Can I Restore My Account After Deletion?

No.
Once your account is deleted and data removed, it cannot be restored.
You may create a new account anytime.
