Simhika is a demon whose husband Shardula was killed by Arjuna. To avenge her husband's death, she transforms herself into a beautiful woman and cajoles Draupadi into the forest on the pretext of showing her a temple. When Draupadi eventually raises an alarm, Sahadeva, the youngest Pandava rescues Draupadi and maims Simhika.
